ACTOR WORKOUTS

As an ensemble theatre, we have a core group of actors. We host 'actor workouts' where actors explore voice, movement, scene study, Shakespeare, acting techniques, etc, with professional artists.

"Above all, you’re working and playing with a group of trained, dedicated, and kind artists, each committed to productively rocking the boat.” – Creative Partner, Arthur Keng
(Criminal Minds, Silicon Valley, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Better Things)

"Developing new plays with our writers' group is artistically satisfying and rewarding. I also love the actor workouts – they are a great place to have fun and delve deep into the work.
– Creative Partner, Steve Madar (NCIS)

IN-COMPANY PLAY READINGS
& SOCIAL EVENTS

The company meets regularly to read and discuss plays in consideration for production and to play socially.

“The Vagrancy is my artistic home for the long haul. It feels like a family. It’s a place where I regularly connect with close friends who also happen to be incredibly gifted and like-minded artists. It’s a company that takes risks and dreams big. I love having such a wonderful community. The Vagrancy grounds me, inspires me, supports me. “ – Creative Partner, Michal Sinnott
(Law & Order: Criminal Intent, One Life to Live, Grand Theft Auto V)
